A Call to Youth Leadership

Many of our young people live self-absorbed by the lust of corruption.

Under clari-dark sky of Las Terrenas there are truths and lies. The recent allegations of corruption and intransparency at City Hall led by Mr. José Alexis Martinez are not new, we have been echoed several years. Complaints or are truth or lies.

Many people in the community have already decided that they are political absurdities, inventions of jealous, stories of people engrossed in making life impossible for José Alexis and, above all, people have believed the story that complaints are initiated by a commission headed harmful and hidden by Dr. Mariana Vanderhorst whose main purpose is to remove the seat to Mr. Martinez. The other defendants (Eybar Vanderhorst , Juan Pena and myself, among others) are simple coxcombs the will of Dona Mariana, who surely has been lighting candles in a hidden altar for the "attempted coup", as named Joseph Alexis, a reality.

On the other hand, they see and hear what is happening may think all they have seen and known in the past five years, remember the people involved and the brazenness of their actions questionable and, most importantly, remember what all comment because I know first, second or third hand.
