Scott Kay Artiste Regal Engagement Ring

Tribal

Las Terrenas begins to enjoy the benefits of joint action,
expensive but pays for errors of choice and omission.

In the esoteric world of ideals there is what might be called "the perfect leader" revealed 1) in the manner in which the leader or the leader leads, 2) how his followers to abide by and comply with established guidelines and 3) the results of actions performed under such leadership. If the world were perfect we were full of good partnerships and effective actions of employees and managers who know what they do and enjoy doing, as we would enjoy the presence of exemplary leaders, which would make us feel satisfied and proud. As said earlier these things are esoteric and idealistic.

science scholars of leadership have taken refuge in established trends by the gurus of the field. 30 years ago was the era of Tom Peters (In Search of Excellence ) who claimed that the best way to solve the problems was with as little bureaucracy as possible, empowering managers in each of their areas to achieve organizational success . Zig Ziglar (Performance Top ) transformed the lives of many managers with phrases such as "your attitude not your aptitude that will determine your altitude."

More recently authors such as Peter Senge (The Fifth Discipline ) talk about the ideas, processes and strategies for an organization to learn, achieve do more with less, achieving more than what is sought and sharing successful leadership at all levels, not only in the one above. But Senge, who was director at the famed Boston MIT Organizational Learning Center, stresses that effective organizational learning enables the organization to avoid repeating their mistakes and learn from itself and others to do what you need to make best possible way.

Surrounded as we are of presidential leadership styles, autocratic and centralized chieftaincies difficult to think that in Las Terrenas high ideals may be implemented management and leadership. Many believe that this county retajila moves like a cow in the streets following a lame one-eyed bull that leads to self-destruction. Groups are only now beginning to empower people with ideas and their problems, seeking solutions in the best way they can, but often do not know the resources at their disposal or used to know so ineffective and counterproductive (eg, burning rubber for landfill protest smoke).

Unfortunately
Mayor Joseph Alexis continues
The cat sticks a
erratic leadership style,
corrupt and ineffective.
All muddy.
Just look around to see how the actions of a person or a few, so terribly affected so many of us, regardless of socio-economic status, age, color, national , ethnicity, name or gender. Be the landfill, walkways and curbs, traffic, finance, sports, culture, basic services are all mired in mediocrity. No one and nothing escapes. I am convinced that Mediocrity is the most democratic of pests that affect our community.

One of the latest trends in the issue of leadership is that which speaks of "tribal leader" mode that allows people to pursue noble causes driven by values, which becomes a magnet that attracts the best talent and best ideas, which is sought by all instead of being rejected, which causes people to work in good spirits and giving their best, which causes people to never give up but who wants to work and serve through the organization. As an example, imagine that we had in Las Terrenas municipal leadership that is the envy of all, that we all wish to be part of what is happening, that everything you touch turn to gold, creating models and guidelines enviable national and international levels, and maximum use efficiently the resources and talents available to all and everywhere. That is a dream.

That leadership is "tribal" simply because it operates closer to the people, takes care of people first and people recognized as a leading "natural", not by force or concealment or muddy. Although it sounds ideal and esoteric truth is that, dammit!, it would be good to enjoy such leadership in our midst.

I believe that mediocrity is the most democratic of pests that affect our community because it affects us all / as alike.

What article of the Constitution is written that we must suffer in our health, our families and our community, the consequences of incompetent actions, absurd, non-transparent and corrupt our leaders in office?
