As some already know, this year's model 347 of the English Tax Agency has undergone a small change compared to the year 2009, as summarized in this article PymesYAutonomos the blog.
This change affects the length of the file / displaying (as happened last year), but it affects the need to report a value in the 4 positions reserved for the new field "Exercise" (from 130 to the 133). In the case of file generated by SAP Business One is accessible from the menu 347, these positions are left blank, as required in the file of last year.
So if this year we try to present the 347 that generates SAP B1, the implementation of the AEAT to validate the file will give us a formatting error. In order to present the file correctly, we must replace the 4 blank spaces from 130 to 133 positions by:
- 0000, línia if not for an amount received in cash.
- year which had declared the operations that give rise to payment in cash for amounts exceeding € 6,000, if need be case. Solution
Thus, as the 347 that generates SAP Business One does not identify the contributions in cash, the solution is to fill this new field with 0's. From SEMIC we added a tool in our add-on to patch the file that we generated by our ERP, and thus prevent our customers having to change it manually.
For other readers who follow us but our disponéis add-on, do not be forced to tweak the file manually, but do not worry because from SAP B1 Hub we have prepared a short video tutorial I explained that a quick and easy to do (in less than 5 minutes!). We hope you find it useful.
can see the higher quality video on our YouTube channel .
And remember that this little trick I can use both if the file has been generated by any other SAP ERP, since all plain text files generated.
