Japanese Beauty Standards
Zeitgeist is originally a German expression meaning "the spirit (Geist) of the time (Zeit)." Denotes the intellectual and cultural climate of an era. The pronunciation of the word in German is
"Tsaitgaist"
What if everything you ever believed a society was a lie? What would they discover that everything they worshiped and took his life was a mere construction made exclusively for slaves and make them part of the system? What if that company deceived for decades were our own? This is what raises this unusual film not projected in traditional theaters, but true to his speech on the movie you can watch online for free.
The German title, which seems to refer to a high performance cover more than a revealing tape inevitably makes us ask ourselves what this documentary really shows the much discussed word of mouth and little the mass media?
Zeitgeist is a documentary intra way, try from a rationalist and historical analysis of strategy and political calculations of various religious beliefs and political and economic institutions, especially Christianity, the attacks of September 11 and war terrorism, and the Federal Reserve and the international financial system. The title, Zeitgeist means "guardian spirit of the century", ie the experience of the dominant cultural climate.
This nonprofit film can be seen entering google free videos, is divided into 3 parts. The first speaks of religion, especially Catholicism and its similarities to other less popular. The second foray into the attack on the twin towers and presents a somewhat different theory they want to popularize our friends in the north. Finally the third part is called "not look at the man behind the curtain" in which they explain who they are the true world leaders, not necessarily that we know and in some cases vote.
Each of the three parts of the movie talking about a much more important and that is the main theme of the film, exposing the various forms of domination that humanity suffered in its history.
This is one of those films that leave you thinking for a while and get into all the little holes in your week to demand space in your head. I think it is a milestone in cinema history, maybe not for special effects or innovative narrative structure, but by its content and unusual form of dissemination. Beyond that you believe it or not is very advisable to see, if only to see whether we agree or disagree with what he raises.
